Hi everyone!

My name is Catherine Cheng, and I immigrated to the United States from Taiwan when I was 19 (I’m 35 now, shhh, don’t tell anybody). I feel strongly about helping women lose weight and enjoy their lives without starving themselves or enduring brutal workouts!

My major life-goal right now is to help people lose 100,000 total pounds. It’s going to take a lot to do it, but I am determined to make it happen!
