Karen Ficarelli – EzineArticles.com Expert Author

Hi, I’m Karen Ficarelli, founder and creator of Fitness4Her®, a diet and exercise program aimed at helping women achieve their fitness goals. A Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates’ Instructor, Sports Nutritionist and Fitness Model, as well as a wife and mother of three boys; I know what it’s like to have a busy schedule. I also know how important it is to stay healthy in order to keep up such an agenda.

That’s why I developed a diet and exercise program that is easy to follow and takes as little as 30 minutes a day. Most of the women I know have dedicated their lives to the people that they love, usually putting their own desires and dreams on the back burner. But in order to stay healthy and energized to keep up these hectic schedules, it’s imperative that women create time for themselves. Time to dream, time to share, time to nourish, time to replenish and time to rejuvenate their bodies.

I’m passionate about women’s fitness and I’m serious about the women’s workout program that I have designed. A woman’s body is different than a man’s, so we need exercise moves that will complement our feminine curves and help us to Empower Beauty®.

My goal is to help you achieve the body that you desire for a healthy and happy lifestyle. Whether your dream is to be slim and trim or lean and mean, my program will work for you. Designed for women of all fitness levels, newbie to seasoned athlete, slim to full-figured, from ages seventeen to seventy… Fitness4Her.com will help you achieve the beautiful body that you deserve.

Think it, believe it, achieve it … Fitness4Her.com … the website for women’s fitness.
